CaixaBank Now is the electronic banking of the CaixaBank financial group, leader in retail banking in Spain and Portugal with more than 15 million clients.
Since 2015 to the present, we collaborate very closely with the internal User Experience team, helping to define the functional and interaction design of electronic banking processes, as well as documenting the design system, from the design of its components to its technical implementation.
In coordination with the team, we actively participate in the definition of the web electronic banking style guide. We help the different design, business and development teams, giving support and solving doubts about the use of the guide and the application of the interaction patterns, in order to maintain functional consistency across the platform.
